[kismac] feedback KisMAC 0.04e1

Here's mine. <first and foreall: usual happy feedback applies!>
Some GPS receivers have their 'initialised, no fix yet' position read 
as (360,720). Kismac seems to parse '36.000000N,720.000000E', where 
'360.00000,720.00000' would probably more correct. I'll go out to get 
me some real fixes, and I'll recalibrate my map using the receiver to 
give you more feedback on this topic.
