I am just done installing 10.2 and then 10.3 again. this really sucks.
anyway i figured out, that it was not actually the kernel extensions,
but the KEXT-cache which could be screwed up.
just do these commands in Terminal.app
cd /System/Library
sudo kextcache -m Extensions.mkext Extensions/WirelessDriver.kext
sudo kextcache -L -N -e -m /System/Library/Extensions.mkext
