I don't like this as a "feature" as you don't really ever need to
save a list of filtered APs. Filtering them accidentally causes a
loss of data like globo's problem.
My rule for determining bug/feature is:
If it gets in the way more than it's a good thing, then it's a bug.
If it is a good thing more than it's a bad thing, it's a feature.
