Do you mean the "USB device with Prism2 chipset, passive mode" option
in driver page of preferences? If so, that does not work for me. If
it helps I have the following information, of which I think the first
line is most useful since it contains the vendor code for my device:
2006-09-11 22:31:12.506 KisMAC[316] found device i didn't want (vendor
= 0x2001, product = 0x3c00)
2006-09-11 22:31:12.510 KisMAC[316] found device i didn't want (vendor
= 0x5ac, product = 0x8006)
2006-09-11 22:31:12.513 KisMAC[316] found device i didn't want (vendor
= 0x5ac, product = 0x8005)
2006-09-11 22:31:12.515 KisMAC[316] found device i didn't want (vendor
= 0x5ac, product = 0x8005)
2006-09-11 22:31:12.519 KisMAC[316] found device i didn't want (vendor
= 0x5ac, product = 0x8203)
2006-09-11 22:31:12.522 KisMAC[316] found device i didn't want (vendor
= 0x5ac, product = 0x8005)
I also have the following info that is taken directly from the label
of the device:
Model No.:DWL-G122 H/W Ver.: B1 F/W Ver.: 2.02
P/N: BWLG122NA.B1 FCC ID: KA2DWLG122B1
