The tripnav works fine with kismac. Most of the gps usb "mice" work
except for the delorme one. They need a "shim" -- a little bit of
software that makes the usb appear as a serial device and delorme
doesn't provide one/accept any of the existing available ones.

What GPS device can I use ? I'd like to use a straight usb solution

don't think KisMac will support it.The TripNavTN-200 usb is nice but
will it
work with KisMac ? If not I'll settle for a serial--> usb
connector.Recomendations please.
