[kismac] New KisMAC/PsudoJack Driver...

I just downloaded the new KisMAC, and had no joy when it came to 
finding the PsudoJack driver...  I thought for a bit that the MacJack 
driver might have it integrated now, but it didn't work wither.

Configuration:
PowerBook G4/12"/832/256Meg/OS X.2.6
