[kismac] New KisMAC version

hi everybody,

this is another announce: KisMAC 0.04d is ready to be tested by the 
hard guys ;-). Changes are numerous:

        bugfixes (yes even more)
        implemented 21-bit attack
        cracking can be canceled...
        MACJack completely rewritten. GPL now.
        changes in Viha driver
        SF Patch included in distribution
        Kernel Patch compatible with OSX 10.2.5

There are some things that you should keep in mind:
        if you had my sourceforge patch installed, you need to remove it 
before installing KisMAC 004d
        if you are a developer, you will need to exchange your MacJack as well 
as your Viha driver

the binary is at <http://www.stud.tu-ilmenau.de/~miro-in/KisMAC004d.dmg>
the source code is on our binaervarianz server.

i would be happy about any feedback, especially about macjack and 
orinoco cards.
