Hi guys,
i am sorry but it is not simple to fake a mac address on a wireless
card, it needs to be done right at the startup of the driver. there is
no way to do this with simply patching your kernel. what we would need
to do is to rewrite the wirelessdriver from sourceforge, to work with
airport cards. this means a lot of work. airport extreme users do not
have a chance to get this working. broadcom is just too stupid :-(.
if i find some time, or someone, who is willing to help me programming,
then i ll certainly work on such a driver. maybe some darwin guys want
an open driver too?
