[kismac] KisMAC and Tiger

I downloaded and installed the wireless driver for Tiger; it works.
I downloaded and installed KisMAC for Tiger (R65? I think it was),
and told it to patch the wireless driver during installation. When I
tried to run it it gave me an error that the driver had not been
patched. I reinstalled and tried it again a couple of times with the
same results. Anybody know a way to get around this?
