This time the file downloaded much more quickly -- ~200Kb/sec as opposed to the ~9Kb/sec that I was getting previously. But I still don't think the entire file is being transmitted. However, StuffIt Expander didn't barf, and did appear to uncompress and mount a valid image. The program appears to have installed correctly.
