[kismac] High Output Cards that work with Kismac?

Has anyone had any luck using any of the following currently available cards 
with KisMac? If so, what drivers are you using? These are all high output 
long range cards.

SMC2532W-B (PRISM 2.5)

Engenius NL2511 CD PLUS and NL2511 CD EXT2 (PRISM 2.5) and its rebranded 
variants by Surf and Sip and Senao. (current cards ship with PRISM 2.5)

The Mac Wireless Card (PRISM 2.5)

The MacSense AeroCard WPE700 (I don't know the chipset)

Demarc Reliawave (PRISM 2.5)
