I'm almost thinking that the computer can't read the GPS, although it claims
"GPS started in serial mode".
Build gpsd, run it as
gpsd -p /dev/tty.USA19H1811P1.1
then run
telnet localhost 2947
in the telnet, type:
r
and wait until you start getting data
if you get data, configure kismac to read from gpsd; does it work? if you
don't get data, well, that's the problem.
