I have successfully compiled ettercap-NG 0.7.3 in os x (10.4.8)
through fink.
Everything seems to work fine, but when I start capturing I recieve
this error in the user messages:
SEND L3 ERROR: 28 byte packet (0800:01) destined to 131.130.233.225
was not forwarded (libnet_write_raw_ipv4(): -1 bytes written (Invalid
argument)
This user message is coming up frequently with all host IPs. Maybe there is something wrong with my build of libnet? I already tried "sysctl -w net.inet.ip.forwarding=1" with no luck.
