[kismac] Airport and 0.2a

I removed and reinstalled the software. It seems to be working again.
I have set it up to just use my NetGear card this time, although it did
work when I had the Airport card selected. I have no idea why it
failed before or if it will continue to work now.
This time I saved the installer in my KisMAC directory, just in case.
