Yes.  I saw a report on W5 a year or so ago about a town in Quebec that
straddles the border. The only gas station within 45 minutes is on the
American side. One of the Canucks was arrested for not reporting when he got
some gas before heading out for hunting trip. They also nailed him for
entering the country with undeclared weapons.

Just a quick question in regards to the tour.  If we hit a cache on the
American side, do we have to report to customs?
I would also suggest to everyone to bring a birth certificate and 2 pieces
of photo ID, just in case.
