After reading them once again, I see nothing which does not appear to warrant
any changes. The others contributed very helpful suggestions which make the
KADB bylaws inclusive. We also appear to be thoroughly covered in the event of
any liability issues. The draft seems to be clear, to the point and spells out
KADB and our objectives for existence.
