[KACT] Scholarship Update

We had about 23 students apply. About half of them haven't had teacher
recommendations turned in yet. I emailed the students that are missing
recommendations and asked them to have their teachers submit them by Wed. I
also emailed all the students that had both application and teacher rec in
to let them know that we got their info. My goal is to have them out to you
all to vote on by Thursday! :)
