[KACT] Online forms now working

Sorry for all those that may have tried the online forms for either
registration or presentation proposal and they didn't work. I fixed them
two days ago and they worked for a day and then went wacky again...they've
now been moved to a different server and appear fine. Let me know if you
have any more problems!
