[JYO] pilots needed

Before I throw this out into the world (and get a bunch of unqualified
responses....)
I'm in the market for another traffic pilot, commercial and
instrument-rated and current.. This is primarily for 11-3 Saturday and
3-7 PM Sunday, but some weekday work is available if desired. I need
someone who's used to flying from the right seat and great on the
radio. The insurance company would like to see 600 hours TT, 500 PIC,
and most of it in C-172's or something close. I'm a lot more worried
about real-world experience than hours, and if you're below minimums but
really special we can probably make it work.
Attitude counts...we work in a strange environment and you've got to be
willing to (1) learn to do it my way, and then (2) do it my way. In
return, I stay out of your hair and you get to see airspace that the
rest of the GA world doesn't. (Unless there's a screw-up...) You also
get paid, but you're not going to get rich off it.
US citizenship and a background check are required. A current DC3 PIN
is an advantage.
Anyone interested, please get with me off list.
thanks
