I just left Dan's house after talking with Peggy.  Peggy is being so strong and 
is very concerned that many have asked "what can we do".  So, here's what 
people can do to help Peggy, not only now but for the future.  Peggy
would like for any of Dan's friends and co-workers to take the assignment of 
compiling the following information into a letter, can be hardcopy or e-mail, 
to the following address:

Peggy Moats
808 Anne Street
Leesburg, VA  20175.

If you send e-mail, please send it to my account as Peggy would like for me to 
compiles the e-mails into one document.  My e-mail for receiving the 
information is: srhutchens@xxxxxxx

Please provide the following:

1)  Your name and how (in what capacity) you knew Dan?
2)  When did you first meet Dan - is there a story around your meeting?.
3)  Copies of any pictures that you may have of Dan or pictures of you with Dan
4)  Any stories about Dan that you remember (work or social) - how Dan affected 
your life, work, etc.
5)  Any funny stories about Dan that you would like to share with Peggy and 
their daughters?

Peggy is planning to compile a book for her and the girls to remember Dan at 
those special times of year and as the girls get older.

Peggy told me that she is not looking for sympathy cards but more about Dan's 
life and the impact that he has had on others.

What a wonderful legacy that could be developed about how one human being 
touches the lives of so many people...

I will miss my friend and fellow pilot....  I would say my "co-pilot" but Dan 
would immediately say that I was HIS "co-pilot".  And such was our 
relationship...
