From today's Washington Post Article...
"It's unbelievable," said Doug McNeeley, manager of the Leesburg airport.
Business has tripled, he said, because his field is outside the exclusion
zone. In the last week he has handled dozens of calls from corporations
across the country seeking to rent parking spaces. All 238 are filled.
"They've got planes packed everywhere," he said.

Dear Doug,
I have got to believe that this portion of the article was misquoted or out
of context. Business has tripled? Do you mean parking spaces or JET A sales?
I have heard from all three flight schools and many private owners that are
virtually shut down and going broke fast. Three sales from Mid-Atlantic
Mooney are on hold because of the restrictions. Even Piedmont Hawthorne said
that Avgas fuel sales are off by two-thirds.
I have compiled a list of losses and provided them to AOPA as they are going
to go before congress next week to try and get some airspace and financial
relief for General Aviation.
Thanks,
