[JYO] Waivers for JYO?

A few of you have e-mailed me asking about flying VFR at JYO and if it is ok 
now. It is not.

The message below is from Jaime Llana, the Assistant Air Traffic Manager.

The provisions of FDC NOTAM 1/0617 are still in effect.  VFR operations 
within
the Enhanced Class Bravo are authorized in accordance with the weight
class/training criteria.  As of this writing, there are no waivers for JYO.
