[JYO] VFR still not authorized at JYO

After reading the NOTAM and then getting confirmation from the FAA, while 
some VFR flights accross the country may now be authorized, they are still 
unauthorized at JYO as JYO lies beneath the enhanced class b airspace extreme 
lateral limits and the approved VFR operations are NOT AUTHORIZED within, 
below, or above class B airspace.

I guess we will see what tomorrow brings.
