[JYO] Used Aviation Oil Collection Tank

I confirmed last night that the "Used Aviation Oil Collection Tank" will remain 
within the fence of the fuel farm on the South end of the airport.  It can be 
accessed during the week (regular hours) by asking the town employees to unlock 
it and on weekends or evenings by requesting that Piedmont Hawethorne unlock it.
