[JYO] Update from Mark Duron

Ed,

   I flew VFR today, when I tried to call Clearance, no one would answer.  
Turned out ATC had the Radio off.  118.55 And 135.07 both did not work; Karen 
called Dulles and got it fixed.  There were 4 of us waiting.  After that 
problem that had nothing to due with the new airspace, all went fine.

I was flying a pipeline from HGR to PHL and back, so I had to file 2 separate 
flight plans. On the return it took a few minutes for them to get me a code, 
but no big deal.
