STAFFORD, Va. -- A  search is under way for a missing plane in Stafford 
County.  
The plane was last seen on radar at about 11:30 p.m. Wednesday while on  its 
approach into Stafford Regional Airport.  
Several agencies are conducting a ground search. About 30 to 40 people  are 
involved in the search near the airport.  
An aerial search is not possible due to  fog
