"In the system with ATC"
You will witness behind-the scenes handoffs between controllers at Tower and 
ARTCC, as the pilot departs Manassas to a tower controlled facility.  The 
panel are local controllers familiar with the local area, and this program 
will help you to understand the routing that you receive in your clearance.  
A scenario of a pilot, controller and weather briefer will be simulated for a 
weather reroute and will demonstrate the use of standard phraseology to 
communicate the needs of the pilot.
