Ok -

I am not normally one to put out rumors to any list.  But I have heard from a 
pretty reliable source, that I can't name, but is a person close to the NSC.

It is my understanding after my phone conversation moments ago..  that the 
TFR for DC (not sure about other cities) will change from 25 nm to 17 nm and 
enhanced class B will change to allow VFR aircraft.  Things in the works 
might be assigned beacon codes while under the original class B until clear, 
etc.

As soon as this rumor becomes fact or fiction, I will post it as such.
