[JYO] Requests for relief from the ECB restriction

Dear Secretary Mineta -

I am a pilot based at the Leesburg Executive Airport (JYO) in Leesburg
Virginia. I have been pilot for over 20 years and need relief of the ECB
restrictions to maintain flight proficiency and currency. The type of
operation is sightseeing and pleasure trips both solo and with family and
friends. The US registered aircraft I fly bear tail numbers N41364 and
N12631. I request relief from the ECB restrictions of the Washington
Enhanced Class B airspace as per Section 146 of the Aviation and
Transportation Security Act.
