[JYO] Reminder - Leesburg Executive Airport Open House Planning Committee Meeting

A reminder that the next to final meeting of the  Open House Committee will 
be held at  7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 13  2004 in the conference room in 
the terminal building of the Leesburg  Executive Airport.  All tenant 
organizations are encouraged to  participate in this meeting, as we will be 
finalizing plans for static and  dynamic aircraft positioning, ground 
movement and parking requirements, and  vendor locations.  We will also need 
EVERYONE's support to finalize  volunteer assignments.

The final meeting will be held on Wednesday,  October 20th.

We're only two weeks away from this exciting event.   We have funding, 
sponsorship, and publicity coming together.  Thanks to  our sponsors for 
supporting us financially.  Thanks to Drew S. for the  great publicity work. 
And, thanks to our tenants for helping us make this a  success !
