[JYO] Reminder - Construction begins tomorrow on Top Ramp

Just a reminder that construction begins tomorrow (Wednesday, April 24th) on 
the top ramp where the piston shop was. This phase should take about 30 days 
to complete.  Please be patient and taxi with care around all construction 
work and workers.
