Reagan National Airport will finally be fully restored to its pre-September
11 status when general aviation returns within a few weeks. At a House
subcommittee hearing yesterday, it was determined that once interim rules are
published, general aviation planes -- which are mostly used by businesspeople
-- will be allowed back. D.C. Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton says that
should happen within a month.
