[JYO] Ramp work begins Wednesday, April 24th.

It's the first phase of construction for the North Apron Expansion.  The ramp 
will be dug up and repaved including the old piston shop location.  New 
permanent tiedowns will be put in and various temporary ones for the next 
phase of the project.  The first phase will be approximately 30 days. Folks 
on the top ramp near the terminal will be contacted and moved to temporary 
spots.  If you are parked there and have not been contacted, you might want 
to contact Jackie at the airport office for info about your plane/spot.  You
