[JYO] Possible Airspace Change around DC on 12-01-02

As you may recall, in the beginning of October, I sent a message out telling
you that I heard "rumors" that the airspace around DC might change a little
in the next couple months.
I am guessing that this is all going to happen on or about December 1st, 2002
(if approved by the president).
Some of my contacts "hinted" at the scope and size of the new airspace and
how it might affect area operations. From what I gathered, I have made a
GUESS at the new airspace. It is only a guess, so take it or leave it at
that. If it was 100% rumor, I would have thrown it out. Anyway here is my
airspace guess for your entertainment/review.
