[JYO] Phil Boyer's reply to me e-mail about going to Congress

I think what we are about to do is going to accomplish what is needed:  To 
have Congress allow GA reps to meet with the Natl Security Council in a give 
an dtake that can provide relief, instantly ... we have used FAA as that 
agent, and reallY this Congressional support is merely to be the catalyst for 
such a meeting.
