Attached is a PDF file of my first edition Newsletter.  Appreciate you
placing it on the website.

Also, at the Virginia Aviation Conference, we were very successful in
obtaining $737,000 for the Leesburg Executive Airport for the following
projects:  (1)  New Terminal Building; (2) Runway Rehabilitation; (3)
Master Plan Update; and (4) Land Acquisition - West Side of Airport.
Attendees from Leesburg were:  Bob Zoldos, (Town Council) Cindi Martin
(Acting Airport Director), Stanley Caulkins and Bill Whyte Airport
Commission Members, Dan Moats and Steve Hutchens former Airport
Commissioners and businessman Tom Toth.

We had the opportunity to meet for about 45 minutes with the Virginia
Department of Aviation Director, Charles Macfarlane and our Virginia
Aviation Board Member Brig. General Neitz to discuss future enhancements at
JYO.
