[JYO] New year brings Hangar& Tie Down waiting list to less than 35 combined!

You heard right! All those "place holders" that were on the list were given  
until January 1st, 2004 to get their paperwork and deposit in to remain on the 
 hangar and/or tie-down list.  Reminders were discussed at the airport  
commission meeting and I have sent out at least two reminders on my e-mail list 
 
and on my web site.  If you STILL missed out and need a sopt on either  list, 
get your paperwork filled out and deposit mailed in and you will be added  to
