New Airport Commission Members and New Chairman

It was "standing room only" during tonight's Airport Commission meeting. New 
commission members were introduced. The Commission also voted to elect 
Stephen Axeman as the new Chairman and Sid Lissner as the new Vice Chair.

meeting details.

Bob Zoldos - Replaces BJ Webb as the nonvoting Councilmatic position on the 
commission. Bob has many years and experience with the FAA.

Bob Jones - Bob says he has 9 years with American Eagle and has been flying 
the Regional Jet out of La Guardia, NY for the past 15 years.  He has worked 
at FBO's, Charter and as a Flight Instructor in his past. He says he hopes to 
make Leesburg an even better airport.

Stephen Axeman - Steve is a graduate of Embry-Riddle (ERAU) and has worked 
for the FAA and flown out of Leesburg for the past 20 years.  He looks 
forward to chairing the airport commission and making the Leesburg airport a 
better place for all airport users.

Sid Lissner - In addition to being the new Vice Chair, Sid says he sees his 
"role" as a corporate style "board member". He is president of AVWashington 
in Sterling, VA
