[JYO] NEW CHARTS EFFECTIVE 19 FEBRUARY


  The ADIZ is published on the Washington Sectional and TAC, effective
  February 19, 2004.  These are new charts that will assist pilots to
  navigate in the Washington Area. Continue to obtain NOTAMs from the
  FSS for the latest information on airspace changes.
