— AOPA expects that FAA will issue a notam as early
as today that will permit VFR flight with some restrictions in <A
HREF="http://38.200.9.137/class_b.html";>enhanced Class
B airspaces</A>. AOPA also has learned that procedures to allow pilots to
relocate some of the aircraft trapped inside the New York and Washington TFRs
will likely be released this weekend.
