I'm moving to DC in a few months and am looking for someone
interested in buying out my current partner for a 1/2-interest in a
very well-equipped/very well-equipped/<WBR>mainta
About the plane: Mid-time IO-550B, Three-blade prop, Garmin 530, King
radios, Shadin, Insight GEM, Gamijectors, EZ Heat engine pre-heater
(similar to Tanis), always hangared, excellent paint and interior.
Excellent mechanical condition; always maintained by Nagle Aircraft
at BED.
About me: I'm an ATP with 2,000 hours; about 1,200 hours in type. I
am a life-member of the American Bonanza Society and have done the
BPPP pilot check-out course 7-8 times (and will keep doing it, I
suppose, until I get it right!). I've been flying for 24 years and
am a past-board member of the Westchester Aviation Association (HPN)
and am the founding president of the Massachusetts Business Aviation
Association.
About you: Ideally, 750+ hours with minimum of 250 hours
complex/retractable time, including 100+ hours of Bonanza time.
Reasonable, responsible person committed to safe operation above all
else.
Choice of airport in the DC-area is an open question. My current
leanings are to HEF, GAI, CGS, JYO and W32, but I'm open to
alternatives. I have a strong preference to keep the aircraft
hangared.
Let me know off-list if you're interested: _johnw10000@xxxxxxxx
(mailto:johnw10000@xxxxxxx) .
Thanks,
John
