[JYO] LOC

The LOC is back in service.    According to the maintenance staff it should 
NOT be NOTAM'd out of  service.  They have advised PCT of such, and the 
contractor has advised  Oklahoma City of the same.

The PAPI has still not been flight checked so  that's turned off for now. 
That flight check should happen  shortly.

There are only two disseminated NOTAMs:


RNAV 17  Approach Returned To Service

Runway 17/35 Non-standard  markings

There are several Local Notams:

ODALS High Intensity  only

17/35 REILs Out

VASI OTS (actually, it's a PAPI now, but  still OTS just the same)

17/35 men & equipment  adjacent
