Dear JYO Based Customers, 
Welcome to Piedmont Hawthorne’s Touching Bases, a unique program  that 
rewards you for your loyalty to Piedmont Hawthorne. 
Piedmont Hawthorne considers everyone based at JYO to be a valued  customer.  
We would like to reward  you, our very loyal customers, for visiting our 
other Piedmont Hawthorne FBO  locations when you are away from home.  
Therefore, 
we have added all aircraft that base at JYO to our Touching  Bases program.  
This program offers  you a discount on fuel purchases at all Piedmont Hawthorne 
locations. 
Please come by and pick up your Touching Bases card at our  operations desk.  
Our operation  hours are 0600 – 2100 local seven days a week.  If I haven’t 
met you personally, I would  like to have the opportunity.  Please let me know 
when you come in, as I would like to say hello and  thank you for being one 
of our valued customers.
