[JYO] Inauguration Day, Jan 20th - ADIZ

Thanks for the info Gary...  I have also heard about this from some of  my 
Homeland Security Contacts... I will put out detailed info a few days before  
the 20th.

Don't plan any local flying on Jan 20, 2005.  Homeland Security  announced in 
a meeting I had yesterday that they plan to sterilize the ADIZ  during the 
ceremony (approx 11am til 7pm) on thurs 1/20/05. The only flights  that will 
ve allowed in the ADIZ during that time will be IFR flights into  and out of 
IAD and BWI. All other airports under the ADIZ will be grounded.  No through 
flights will be permitted.

If you are planning to fly in  the DCA ADIZ, I'ld make other plans for that 
time window.
