Each summer the Montgomery County Airport Association (MCAA) sponsors
a picnic at GAI. It's a great opportunity for members of the airport
community to get to know each other in a fun, casual setting. This
year the picnic will be held at the airport on Saturday, July 9 from
noon to 3 p.m.

Activities will include raffles, prizes, games, music, and of course,
lots of aviation related fun for the whole family:

    * Static Displays of new aircraft 
    * Free 'Young Eagles' Airplane Rides for Kids Under 18, supported
by the Experimental Aircraft Association
    * Maintenance Shop Tours
    * Flying Clubs based at GAI
    * Paper Airplane Contest, Face Painting and Moon Bounce for the
kids
    * Complimentary food and drinks, provided by MCAA, the flying
clubs, and the Rotary Club
    * Lots of Cool Raffle Prizes!
