urged to check notams before every flight because the TFR may change
with little advance notice. See AOPA Online for a graphical depiction
( http://www.aopa.org/images/whatsnew/newsitems/2008/notams/8-3040.gif ).

Because TFR airspace frequently changes, AOPA strongly encourages
pilots to obtain a briefing and CHECK NOTAMS before every flight.
TFR violators will be intercepted and forced to land.
