[JYO] Friends don't let friends squawk "1200"...

The scene at Leesburg today was becoming a familiar one... Another pilot
busted the ADIZ with a 1200 squawk code. The Blackhawk helicopter pilot told
me it still happens daily in the Washington ADIZ but is almost always a pilot
from another area. Thanks go out to Leesburg Airport Staff, Piedmont
Hawthorne Staff, AV-Ed, Pro Pilots and Leesburg FSS for telling folks,
posting signs and letting all Leesburg Pilots know NOT to bust the airspace.
At least WE are all doing a good job.
