[JYO] Flyi

Just this once, we're going to be like other airlines.
We have joined United, US Airways, Delta, Northwest and ATA who have
recently been or are still operating under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy
Code.
After carefully reviewing all our options, we decided that this course of
action represents the best long-term solution for Independence Air, our
customers, our employees, our creditors and the communities we serve.
There will be no change to day-to-day operations. Our flights will continue
to fly as scheduled, tickets and reservations will be honored, iCLUB members
will still earn points and redeem them, and all refunds and exchanges will be
made as always.
Basically, the sun will come up tomorrow. We look forward to taking you where
you need to go this holiday season. It will be âbusiness as usualâ at
Independence Air.
Which, as thousands of you have already discovered, is refreshingly different
than âbusiness as usualâ at other airlines.
If youâve been flying us, thank you. Please keep supporting your hometown
airline.
If you havenât flown us yet, find out why we are now rated #2 in customer
satisfaction in the highly regarded Market Metrix Survey.* Find out why we were

rated in the Top 3 of US Airlines in Travel + Leisureâs Annual Worldâs Best

Awards. Find out why we were one of only two airlines to win an Extra Mile
Award from Arthur Frommerâs Budget Travel Magazine. Find out why we made the
Readerâs Choice Top 10 list of US Airlines in Condà Nast Traveler.
Find out how low fares, Tender Loving ServiceSM and a willingness to
challenge the status quo have changed air travel in Washington forever.
