[JYO] FINAL meeting of the Open House Committee is tonight

A reminder that the FINAL meeting of the Open House Committee will be held
at 7:00 PM tonight (Wednesday, October 20, 2004) in the conference room in
the terminal building of the Leesburg Executive Airport. Jerry Szelc is
the Committee Chair and he has a very important message for everyone:
DON'T BE LATE ! ! !
We will finalize plans for static and dynamic aircraft positioning and put
down a ramp plan. Parking requirements, signage, and vendor locations will
be finalized. We will also need EVERYONE's support to finalize volunteer
assignments.
