2)  Desperately desire the highly coveted and extremely fashionable 
Dulles Day  Plane Pull T Shirt
3) Really enjoy a poorly cooked and  cholesterol filled hamburger (fries 
are extra) absolutely free of charge  (one per plane)
4) Can arrive by 9:30 or 10 am, and can stay  til 4 pm
5) And really, really love explaining General Aviation  to 14,000 members 
of the non-flying public

Then you are a candidate  to fly into Dulles and support Virginia Special 
Olympics ! ! ! !
